Ingredients
English cucumber 1 piece
3 -piece carrots
salt to taste
Apple vinegar 1-2 tablespoons as you want
Soy sauce 1 spoon
2 tablespoon olive oil
garlic 1 teaspoon
Sesame seeds 1 spoon
Dill bunch or parsley
Mix everything well and leave for 2 hours in the refrigerator.
