Pay TWICE for the NHS???

A professor is suggesting that people pay £8 a day to stay in an NHS hospital. He also thinks those over 60 years should pay for their prescriptions. I am happy with both those ideas IF I no longer pay ANY taxes towards the rotten NHS.
