Thin feral kitten rescued yesterday did first poop today and needed bath. Eating and drinking well.

Poop was normal. Bowel sounds are good. But there was dried poop that looked like dirt, probably from her scrounging and eating dirt.
She popped in a nappy so I bathed her and you can get a better idea of how thin she is.
No fleas, lots of ticks.
