How do to base training the right way for cyclists. That is what this video is intended to articulate using a power meter. We will discuss cycling zones two, three and sweet spot in this video, with quite a focus on 70% of FTP which works out to be top end zone two. I will provide three key discussion points including your zone two power range, a critical technique and incorporating base into your own training plan.
