God's Pendulum Swing II The Tectonic Plates Prophecy

First of all I saw that the ground was scorching and hot, the climate was extreme. Then I saw that men of science assembled to devise ways of alleviating this problem.
They did something to the tectonic plates under the ocean to help with producing more water. I heard the word’s let us shift the tectonic plates under the ocean to help produce more water
Immediately I saw something like the fountain of the deep burst from underneath the ground and there was much water everywhere. The water could not stop from rising.
Then promptly I saw the Pendulum and it was swinging back and forth and people were holding to the swings, the swings looked like gears and they moved back and forth,
You had to stay static in your place to avoid being crushed by the gears, if you were not on top of the pendulum gears swinging from side to side while maintaining your position then you were underneath the gears drowning or crushed to death.
