A pot of Spaghetti and a big pot of Beans and Rice cooked at the same time for $11. This would be twice as much if I had to buy Sauce or salsa. It would be up to 6x more at a restaurant. The flavor is on point for sure. Each plate of food will be about 50 cents.Canned Salsa and stewed tomatoes are a staple for so many meals in this house. I’ve made spaghetti with rice and it tastes the same, different texture. Dried beans are cheaper. You can drain the tomato juice instead of using paste to save a buck.
