"Wish You Were Here" a Pink Floyd Cover by Chesterton Music

So this is more of a "re-write" than a cover so while many people who love the original version of this song may not like this very much, as a songwriter I'm really proud of it. A re-write is more of a songwriting exercise in which an attempt is made to pretend you are writing the song as a different artist or in a different genre.

Recently I saw an old friend after many years of absence. This is my attempt to take what used to be one of his favorite songs and re-write it in a style closer to my own.
