‘I don’t know if I have one definition. I would call it evolving consciousness. It’s almost like when you see that flock of birds and you’ve got 1000s of birds flying together. It’s constantly shifting, evolving, and working with each other and supporting each other. It has to be filled with that love and connection with each other.’

It’s a book about living the life that you want to live. When that’s understood the information in the book can be heard differently.’

‘I dream of a world of love, where just like that flock of birds we can work together, loving and supporting each other and moving with the wind. There is so much that we’re learning from the world today that appears to be violent, but I think this is also an opportunity to turn to each other, not only to learn to love ourselves but to learn to love each other.’
