Singapore General Elections is coming! Oppositions in panick mode

Out of the blue, the Electoral Boundaries Review is announced on all major Singapore media outlet in the midst of the pandemic crisis. Typically, it will follow with a month of updating of the voters registry - and quickly follow up with the announcement of the General Elections.

The Oppositions often thrive on the fanning emotions are mass rallies will find themselves seriously handicapped, if rallies are cancelled and banned in light of the public health safety to prevent the spread of the SARS2 virus.

I personally however do not see an issue with calling an early election in the midst of the outbreak, as politicians, to me, is expected to deliver regardless of the circumstances and challenges. It will be a good test of resourcefulness and electability through their actions dealing with this unique situation.
