This video is about the Swing Skill Builder app developed by a Be Better Golfer out of Finland.
It works on the principle that if you swing using a lot of different paths and "constraints" your mind will start to self organize the most optimal path to complete the task. It has been proven with speed skating and soccer and other sports and this is a new frontier in golf.
