In this video, we went over consideration for jogging everyday. Jogging is an exclusively forward movement. Doing one movement pattern over and over again leads to muscle imbalances and certain muscles become too tight and strong while others become lengthened and weakened. We need a balance exercise program to stay healthy and maintain good posture.
