Luke 12:49-59 “All the Signs are There!”

We must always remember that God is a God of love…but He is also a God of justice.
All who have sinned deserve God’s judgment, but through His mercy He offered up His Son…
So that through His sacrifice we would not receive the judgment we deserve because Jesus took our judgment for our sin upon Himself on the cross.
Thereby we received God’s grace…we received eternal life through Christ Jesus our Lord…we deserved death…but received life instead.
Jesus came to this earth to save mankind through His death and resurrection…but not all mankind would accept His gift of salvation…
Many would reject Him…and to them…the fire of judgment would be kindled at the cross.
