BUDGET Fender Tweed Champ - 1956 Danelectro Silvertone 1331 Service & DEMO

Here's one that was shipped to me to look at. The customer bought it, sight unseen, and had it shipped directly to me to check over. It's a 1956 Danelectro-made Sears Silvertone model 1331. This is sort of the "tweed" era of Dano guitar amps. This one has a 6SJ7 preamp tube and a 6V6 output with a 6X5 rectifier. Very similar to a Fender 5C1 Champ or Gibson GA-5 Les Paul Junior Amplifier, but certainly no clone. In this video, we'll do some routine cleaning, change out some crappy Sangamo capacitors, and demonstrate the tone with my Custom Zio Fender Meteor copy and Paul Reed Smith 10 Top Custom 22.
