An Australian man accidentally kicked his hat to a crocodile while catching a fish, and his father took the risk to help him retrieve it.
A man in Australia's Northern Territory recently kicked his hat at a crocodile while he was fighting a crocodile for lungfish in Kakadu National Park. A barramundi was caught, but a crocodile about 4 metres long followed and swam all the way to the shore. Ross Carrell didn't give up on the fish he had just caught, accidentally kicking his hat at the crocodile as he lifted the fish back, and his father took the risk to retrieve his son's hat from the crocodile.
In an interview, Ross Carrell said of his father helping him pick up hats: "I have 15 hats at home, but I only have one father."
