RALEIGH, N.C. --- The Raleigh Police Department released dash cam and body camera footage of an officer involved shooting that occurred on March 10-2020 on of 26-year-old Javier Torres on North Rogers Lane.

That night, protesters gathered on Fayetteville Street, chanting "RPD is the KKK" and "Whose streets? Our streets."No justice, no peace."

They marched to the governor's mansion, took flags off the flag poles and burned them

orres was taken to WakeMed where he was reported to be in stable condition. No officers were injured, police said.

Torres will face criminal charges, police said, including going armed to the terror of the public.
