How to make Perfect Beef Short Ribs (Dino Ribs) on the Lonestar Grillz IVS

I've been cooking on the IVS a fair amount lately, there was definitely a learning curve to start but lately I feel like I've been nailing it. Good feeling!

Here's some beef short ribs, otherwise known as "dino ribs". I had a plan going in, I felt they were going to come out perfect, and... well they came out perfect.

The process was basically load the firebox, put the ribs in, and see you in 10 hours. No water in the smoker, no wrapping the ribs, honestly didn't even open the cabinet once for 10 hours and they probed tender.

You can't get easier that that y'all. It's just not possible.
