Polaris Outlaw IRS 500/525 Rear End Torque Spec

In this video I completely retorque the rear end of the outlaw 525 irs back to spec. This is absolutely vital information to anyone rebuilding or working on there quad. Brake Disc 13mm nuts:18ftlbs/24Nm
Sprocket Bolts 17mm: 32ftlbs/ 43Nm
Rear A Arms bolts 17mm and 15mm: 33ftlbs/ 45Nm
Rear Hubs 15mm and 17mm: 33ftlbs/45Nm
Upper Shock Bolts: 33ftlbs/45Nm
Top Torsion Bar Bolt:33ftlbs/45Nm
Upper Torsion Bar Mount: 15mm: 33ftlbs/45Nm
Torsion bar plate bolts T30 and 10mm: 9ftlbs
Hub Bolts 27mm: 90ftlbs
Rim Bolts: 35Ftlbs
Carrier Mounting Bolts:30ftlbs/43Nm
Carrier Pivot Bolts:20ftlbs/27Nm
