Panhandler Says "YOU CAN'T FILM ME!", Says He's Calling Police!

I was parked 100yds away and HE walked up to me filming with his child in hand, I didn't drive away but I kept asking him what kind of phone he had... It was an iPhone, that I know.. He told me he was calling police on me, after saying a bunch of nasty things you won't believe! All with this child listening! I think this kid was even smiling as if this had happened before? He made the decision to walk up on me and exposed his own child to his nastiness.
The signs said they are trying to get home, and their license plates do say California so they are a long ways from home! The sign also said "out of gas & food", but they never filled their tank and only topped it off?
