Claim: Ukraine troops made it to Russian Border..? or Just a Photo op? Ахмат сила

From the reports I have on this video, it was actually taken on April 15, and it amounts to a sneaky Tourist Video near the Russian border, if at all at the Border. Regardless the claim and truth leave a different perception. The perception is that the Ukraine Army is at the Russian border, the truth is sometime in the past a small group of Ukrainians took a tourist vid at the border. (Someone please translate.. I am told they talk about the date in the video)
