Hatch, New Mexico - Chile Capital of the World!

We made a short stop in Hatch, New Mexico, and we were surprised to find all these restaurant mascots in the southern part of town. Sparky's is home to dozens of old mascots. We thought Hatch was just about the red and green chile peppers! Who knew?
