Cabin Fever Respite! State Park Wandering

(update on March 24: it looks like Indiana State Parks are still open, although fire towers will be temporarily closed. Campgrounds still open as long as they are reserved in advance. We can still walk on trails as long as people keep that 6 foot social distance! We will long remember this crazy time!)

Lori Fiechter here again. Although I did make ciabatta rolls this morning, I didn't make a video this time. They turned out fabulous, so maybe next time.

Before I even had my morning coffee, Stan said we should go walk at the local state park before the cold front came I. We have been doubly cooped up--no more substitute teaching or exercise at the gym for me with coronavirus cancellations and no going outside with chilly or rainy weather. But today was perfect park weather--I thought it was the first day of spring, but I guess leap year made it come yesterday. So, I strained my kefir, put my coffee in a mug, zipped up my spring green hooded sweatshirt and we headed out. The sunlight was golden, clouds were inspiring--as were the cheerful spring peeper frogs. I take you on a little walk on the bike path and then past the lake. Join me!
