Out Of The Blank #369 - Austin Haslam (Pizzaiolo, Napoli Style Pizza)

Austin is a self taught man of many things from making Hot chicken to finding a fascination in the Napoli Style Pizza. Bringing food creations from another country can be hard to pull off their is always a way it can be done more unique but like most places that we can consider a pizza shop seem to lose that classic traditional taste. Austin works hard to create a classic Napoli style pizza that is authentic as possible trying to study and learn all he can of the traditional style to be able to recreate it and bring it too the people of California his shop called "Novecentogradi" because who doesn't like a nice crisp melted slice of pizza.
