Kris Krohn became a real estate investor in his early 20's and has become one of the bigger names in real estate investing on YouTube. He has helped establish himself as one of the leaders for lease options and buying real estate using seller financing.

While living in Provo, Utah, a young Kris Krohn started his real estate investing journey when he found a house that allowed him and his wife to live in while renting the other rooms. This first deal helped shape how he does his deals today. Kris is one of the leaders in the lease option space.

Kris loves MLM's. If you follow his businesses, you can see that he creates sales funnels whenever he can. He has a sales funnel leading to a "mentor" network, a sales funnel for his MLM network marketing scam, and a sales funnel leading into his partnership program for real estate investing.
