Chelly is a based-mom of three who moved out of Portland after the rioting got crazy. She's been taking pictures documenting the activity of various black-bloc groups and antifas for the last 7 years. Now doxxed, they know where she lives and continue to harass and stalk her. This is textbook terrorism: using threats of violence and intimidation to push a political agenda. Further, it seems most of these people are misguided youth, as well as the psychologically damaged and personality disordered.
