Covid- 19 Affects Home Confinement & BOP

We are hearing that all home confinement has been postponed until further notice from many of our clients in federal halfway houses. We are also being told that many halfway houses are not taking new residents due to the risk of spreading the virus. Most prisons are keeping all new inmates in quarantine for two weeks.
