“Every county is a border county now” Says This Sheriff

While Sheriff Chuck Jenkins’ jurisdiction is nowhere geographically near the U.S.-Mexico border, the issues he, his department, and agencies all over the country face are ones that are all impacted by the flow of illegal aliens into the country.

“Every county is a border county now,” he says.

He’s determined to defend what he believes is his right as a law enforcement professional: to enforce the law of the land.

And Although some of his stances have made him a target of those on the left who may oppose him, Jenkins doesn’t seem to have any intention to cease fighting illegal immigration and the problems he says it has ushered into the states — including human trafficking and drug trafficking.
