Peacock Feather Fantasy Restoration, Peacock Minute, peafowl.com

On the latest episode of a peacock minute, Mr. and Mrs Peacock Restore their award winning photograph from the 1986 Iowa State Fair. Mr. Peacock entered 20 photographs and 12 of 20 photographs were selected to compete and the peacock “Feather Fantasy” photo won second place in the creative class, one of six classes. There was a total of 3000 pictures entered in the contest and only 1200 were selected for competition. This was Mr. peacock’s first attempt in entering a major contest that allowed professionals and amateurs to compete against one another at the Iowa State Fair in 1986.
