How to Become a Millionaire From a Webinar (Dean Graziosi)

Dean Graziosi transitioned away from real estate investing a long time ago. He realized that the real profits are found with selling information and not with taking on the risk of investing in real estate.

He teaches wholesaling which is finding distressed property owners, getting a house under contract at a significant discount, and selling the contract to a cash buyer. Wholesaling real estate is extremely challenging, demanding, marketing is expensive, and is a job.

Dean promises the world with his courses which is ultimately where my issues with him begin. I really dislike when internet marketers run webinars disguised as training and sucker people into thinking they’re going to learn valuable information. They spend 60-90 minutes listening to one giant sales pitch with very minimal training involved.

Dean Graziosi is an internet marketer, not a real estate investor. He may still invest in real estate, but his bread and butter is being in front of a camera pitching digital info products.
