Canada's Conservatives uphold Patrick Brown's disqualification from leadership race

The Conservative Party of Canada has upheld their decision to disqualify Patrick Brown from the leadership race despite an appeal.
This comes after Brown announced he'd run for re-election in the Brampton, Ont., mayoral election, which is on Oct. 24.
