On May 31, local time, a woman in Eau Claire, Wisconsin, USA, was arrested by local police after the incident while driving across a pedestrian bridge.
Video released by police shows a car with a flat tire driving on a pedestrian bridge and into Phoenix Park, where it continues on a road in the park. The driver was 28-year-old Amanda Lashaid. Amanda later denied driving on the pedestrian bridge. However, police said she did not pass the alcohol test.
