Chef Dave is the Owner/Creator of Doughnut Evolution began his culinary journey as a pastry cook at Atlantic City's Central by Michel Richard Restaurant in the Revel Hotel. Dave has worked in numerous other food service roles including bread baker, cake decorator, pastry chef, and food truck operator. "Doughnut Evolution" was created to bring Dave's sweet visions to life. All menu items are inspired by Dave's fond childhood food memories and his love for creating desserts. Doughnuts much like cereal is a nostalgia food bringing memories after each bite and they fit the perfect breakfast snack check out his truck in the NJ area.
