How to properly wash and disinfect your hands - Coronavirus (COVID-19) 2020

With all the hand washing going with since the Coronavirus (COVID-19) outbreak, I was seeing a lot of people washing their hands every 5 minutes. However, what I noticed was that many people were not properly washing their hands. Even worse, after washing their hands to prevent getting infected with the COVID-19, people were not properly (safely) drying their hands.
