Getting Back on Track after Quarantine

This time of uncertainty during the lockdown has been stressful for so many of us. Like a lot of you I found myself coping with food and reverting to some unhealthy eating habits. March and April were really hard for me to be honest and I am definitely part of the group of people that have gained weight on Quarantine. #thecovid19

However I am happy to say that I am back on track and feeling great in May. I am kind of all over the place in this video haha, I just kind of turned the camera on to see what came out. If you watch it all I hope you take away that I am in a great place right now because I wasn't afraid to keep restarting every time I slipped. If you aren't in a good place I hope you feel encouraged/motivated to get back on track.

The combination of Carnivore and Fasting is the only way I know how to lose weight in a healthy way, mentally and physically. I encourage you to do what works for you, and if you're unsure what that is...try this.

**Just for the record cause I already see it coming in the comments 😂 I've been Carnivore the entire time.
