Scot Plays #4 // Random Drum Solo

In Scot Plays #4, we continue in a mini-series of Scot Plays some drums. Where Scot Plays #3 left off, Scot Plays #4 continue on with a longer drum solo. This time the video and audio have been enhanced a bit to bring a little more listenability. But the same concept.

I had moved from Syracuse, NY to eastern Kentucky in November 2018, but didn't really get around to setting up my drums until fall 2019. So one night in September I went ahead and did so, and well, as always has been, I just can't resist a set of drums sitting there and not getting played so I jammed. And my wife, Cat Corelli, shot some video, which I had all but forgotten about until recently.

So as a nice little addition to the Scot Plays series, I decided to add in a couple of these old random drum solo videos. I'll be doing more of these in the coming months, with each instrument I'm recording for what I'm working on in my solo work or for whichever of Cat's albums we're recording at the time, and I'll be sharing tips, tricks, techniques and gear talk.
