Freezer and Pantry staples

Refilling my freezer and spice shelf with a couple of staples for our family of 5. I'm making some cream of mushroom soup in a large batch to freeze and have on hand, along with some of our favorite spice mixes.

Here is (roughly) what I used:
1-½ TB Better than Bouillon
3 TB butter
1-⅓ C A/P flour
3 C Almond milk
3 C water
Dried mushrooms
2-3 tsp granulated garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
Salt & pepper to taste

I use a silicone mold to freeze similar to this - this is NOT the exact one
