How I meal prep a macro friendly lunch prep for my husband I, and prepare lunch at the same time as a homeschooling mom to 3.

Ingredients I used:
For meatball sauce -
1 tsp minced garlic
12 grams Better than Boullion
1/2 cup (53 g) mushrooms
45 g white onion diced
40 ml A1 sauce
154 g non fat plain Greek yogurt
paprika (didn't measure)
190 g cream of mushroom (homemade)
approx 1.5 cups of water

For Meatballs -
2 lbs 90/10 lean ground turkey
61 ml oats
47 g egg whites
6 ml homemade Italian seasoning
40 g minced garlic
Baked meatballs at 400 f for 20 minutes

Macros for 8 meatballs and 188 g of prepared sauce
350 kcal, 13.1 Carbs, 20.1 Fat, 28 Protein

Mini meatball soup for kids:
10 - Turkey meatballs from above recipe, made into smaller bite size
1 can tomato sauce
minced garlic
water
Better than Bouillion
handful of alphabet noodles and handful of broken spaghetti noodles
water
salt and pepper to taste
Italian seasoning
