My Favorite Steak Seasoning Combination

My favorite steak seasoning combination is Adobo and Smoked Paprika. Chris and I discovered this several years ago when we realized our favorite steak rub had sugar listed as the first ingredient. Playing around with seasoning combinations is one way I incorporate variety in eating only meat.

Also if you aren't getting ribeye pork chops you are missing out!

In this video I use the Otto Pro which has 2 adjustable burners and the sliding shelf. The cheaper version the Otto Lite is the same size but just doesn't have those 2 key features.
