When your broker screens on your behalf, those are all the possibilities for both building and in unit amenities that they get screened for and in summary please don't be too particular in amenities when searching or having your buyer's agents search for you on your behalf because listing agents sometimes may simply be too lazy to include all the details or third party websites such as StreetEasy, Zillow, Realtor.com, New York Times they simply may not have a field for particular amenity that you're looking for.
