Gerald has set up a drug deal that will have a significant payout, and it is the job of the player to deliver the drugs in a Mule Custom to the buyer's location, which can be in places such as behind The Grain of Truth in Del Perro or the Union Depository parking lot.

However, after arriving, the player is ambushed by a large group of Ballas that will attack both the player and the truck.

The Ballas will arrive both on foot and in vehicles like the Moonbeam Custom, Buccaneer Custom, and Virgo Classic Custom, and attack from the surrounding rooftops. With the sheer amount of bullets from all directions and little cover, the player may wish to prepare a personal armoured vehicle in advance of delivering the Mule.

After the attack has died down, Gerald gives the player a new buyer location on Elysian Island. On the way, Ballas in pairs of Ballers or Buccaneers will pursue and attack. Even after taking out or outrunning the pursuers, however, it's discovered that the Ballas have reached that location as well and are attacking the buyers. The player will have to kill off the attacking Ballas before they kill the buyers, and then deliver the Mule Custom to complete the mission.
