This is my interview with Chanti and Gabbi discussing boundaries and forgiveness, which aired live on the 23rd of March 2022.

In early March I was finally able to forgive my worst childhood abuser, my father.

My father died in 2017. He can no longer hurt anyone else. I would not have been able to forgive him if her were still perpetrating abuse against others.

Forgiveness is not about absolving the perpetrator for their actions. Forgiveness is about releasing oneself from the ties which are forged when one individual wrongs another.

By forgiving my father, I am finally free from the power he held over me.
