QUICK FRESH GUACAMOLE= A GREAT SNACK WHILE COOKING!

Fresh Guacamole is by far my favorite quick snack while I'm cooking. It is very easy to learn how to make guacamole in the food processor. I've been getting lucky in quarantine every time I've ventured out for groceries, the avocados were on sale, and ready to go. If I'm lucky enough to have any guacamole left the next day, I love making avocado toast with an over easy egg on top. Now that's living it up in quarantine!
