Making albondigas and my first ever pumpkin pie

My very first time making pumpkin pie from scratch! I've been on a mission to continue learning how to cook from scratch, and just grow in my homemaking skills. I take on teaching myself with online recipes, how to make a pumpkin pie and pie crust. And then I also show you how I make albondigas soup (a meatball soup) for my family and I. Albondigas is one of my favorite soups and each time I make it, I tweak it a little bit depending on what veggies I have on hand.
