Dehydrating celery & greens

Dehydrating celery and a bag of greens for the first time! Join us as we try to learn new skills in the kitchen, preserving food and trying new things. I purchased 4 stalks of celery from Azure Standard (an online bulk food store). I also purchased a large bag of mixed greens (kale, spinach, chard) from Costco and dehydrated both.
