Thoughts for those of you looking for weight loss or weight gain.

Sometimes the missing link is adjusting your eating habits.

That said, eat and drink however you like! I know diet is a passionate topic for some people.

I'm not trying to take away food or force anything you don't like upon you.

This is just one aspect you can consider optimizing I'd you like.
