Part 1 - Liberty Street July 4th Doll Parade

192

Part one starts out in the morning on Liberty Street. Watch as the sun comes up and the spectators begin to gather. You'll hear Marjorie, (a Heart and Strings doll from 2000, by Cindy McClure) singing "God Bless America" accompanied her guitar (Actually sung and played by Laura). There's a marching band practicing "Yankee Doodle" and some kids (LeeAnn dolls by Dennis Bastien) on the street having fun putting pennies in the Uncle Sam Bank, skating boarding and singing songs before the parade. Marjorie joins the kids band and singers in "Yankee Doodle", along with "Yankee Doodle Dandy." (Also performed by Laura.) Finally "John Wayne" shows up to start of the festivities with a special tribute to "The Pledge of Alliance." This video is a total of 6 parts and will be included in a complete playlist here on my channel. So you won't want to miss the whole parade. Lots of surprises coming throughout the day! Get some snacks, pull up a comfortable seat and enjoy the celebration of Independence on Liberty Street for their 4th of July parade.
