PIZZA CON LE PATATE (POTATO PIZZA!) RECIPE

Preheat an oven to 450 degrees.
Layer the prepared pizza dough with overlapping, sliced potatoes. Drizzle the surface with olive oil and sprinkle with fresh rosemary, salt and pepper. Bake for 20-25 minutes, until the bottom of the crust is a golden brown.

PINEAPPLE DESSERT PIZZA RECIPE

Preheat an oven to 450 degrees.
In a small saucepan, mix 2 cups strawberries and 1 cup sugar over medium heat. Allow to cook until the strawberries have completely macerated. Use a spatula to press and strain the juices of this mixture into a bowl.
Spread the strawberry coulis juice over the pizza dough and top with sliced nectarine. Bake for 20-25 minutes, until the bottom of the crust is a golden brown. Remove from the oven and allow to cool.
Mix 1/2 cup of ricotta cheese with sugar to taste. Top the pizza with dollops of the cheese, plus blackberries, halved grapes and sliced pineapple. Finish it off with a dusting of powdered sugar and a pinch of cinnamon.
