Duck on a Bike – By David Shannon
A magical farmyard barnyard story about our great hero the farm duck who decides one day to learn to ride a two-wheeler bike! As he rides around the farm greeting the other animals, each one says what they say. The pigs say oink. The horse says nay. The cow says moo. The cat says meow. But inwardly each one is actually sharing their opinions on Duck's great adventure. By the end, all the animals join in the fun and learn to ride bicycles and tricycles, and tandem bikes built for two. Although I have trouble imagining a horse riding a road bike. That seems like a stretch. And there's a cow riding a little girl's bike. She's gonna bend the frame!

I started this channel to share my love of good stories and storytelling with children and parents all over the internet. I hope my videos help your children to enjoy books and reading and feel encouraged to pursue literacy even though it can be difficult and frustrating to learn how to read and write. These skills will increase their enjoyment and success in life more than almost anything else!
