In real estate, we often talk about Seller’s market, Buyer’s market and now there is a new category: Coronavirus (COVID-19) Market as we talk most of all about Coronavirus (COVID-19) and how it affects the real estate market.
What is going on in real estate and we will focus on the tremendous efforts made from our federal and local governments, banking institutions, lenders and most of all, from us all- the real estate practitioners, to ensure that the home-buying and home-selling process remains as unaffected as possible by the Coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic.
If you’re already in the market for a house, all the uncertainty might have you worried about the housing market. Will it suffer a drop similar to Wall Street? I will address this topic in detail in another video covering both real estate markets, residential and commercial; keep an eye out for that.
Now, let’s review what are the major positive aspects and steps taken by federal and local governments, lawmakers, lenders and us, real estate practitioners, in order to bring a much needed sense of normalcy, hope and optimism, as this too shall pass. but, missed opportunities and shattered dreams will be just that.
