The Old Corn Crib - Part 8: Dodging Raindrops and Building the Missing Joist

Got more done today than I really expected to. It rained nearly most of the morning and well into early evening. But, while it doesn’t look like much, the scab board against the beam on the north end along with the I-beam joist that I whipped together are necessary steps in this whole process.

And, since it’s supposed to continue raining overnight and well into Friday afternoon, getting something ... anything accomplished today is a very good thing!!!
