Ukrainian POW says there are problems in training and his company was abandoned by the commander

The company commander of the 108th battalion, the 10th separate mountain assault brigade of the Armed Forces of Ukraine Andrey Savchuk surrendered, saving himself and his subordinates from inevitable death. He said after inadequate training on foreign weapons many Ukrainians chose the soviet ones they know better. He also said after his company was put in position the battalion commander left.
